Customised Reporting

Aspect's (formerly Concerto) software provides pre-formatted Standard Reports through in-built interface called DataViews and External reports from the dialer. Reports can be generated to reflect the Agent Performance, Campaign data like contact ratio, inbound call statistics etc.

Touchstar Software has ODBC to generate Customised analytical reports using interface Crystal Reports.

     
  Agent Signed In report provides details on agents login duration, Not Ready time and Idle time helping in agent performance.
     
  Agent Disposition helps in understanding call disposition of dialed numbers for analysis of leads and agent performance.
     
  Table Activity provide details on contact information of calls and leads penetration.
     
  ACD Service Interval gives details on inflow ratio in case of Inbound calls
