Our facility is located two kilometers from the nearest International
and domestic airport and is 100 meters away from the city's western
express highway. The facilities include the following:

Silgate was promoted in May, 2001 by a group of promoters
who are professionals from media, publishing and public accounting
fields. The Major Driving Force with Silgate are its promoters with
over 100 years of combined entrepreneurial experience. The
management team has demonstrated its capabilities to provide
world-class Customer Services at competitive costs to its current
clients.
The First Floor is Productive with
a capacity for 150 seats on Concerto's Predictive Dialer and
Touch star Power dialing solution; while the Operational
capacity on 3rd Floor is 250 seats on Aspects EnsemblePro's
Predictive Dialer with Blended solution, operating in three shifts
with 24 x 7 support. The contact
center operations commenced in Aug 2002. The company is aiming to
expand its capacity to 800 seats by Aug 2006 and to more than 2000
seats by Dec-2007 to accommodate multi-year multi million dollar
contracts.
